ERA Living

So Allison is looking for a staging company to stage several units. I am trying to convince her to allow me to do it, but she has reservations with the mixture of our business/family and her current employers. I understand but I will prepare a presentation and hope that she will allow me give a bid to Eiden and ERA.

Formation of the company

So I have officially started The Staging Company. Thus far we have filed for a Washington business license, filed a LLC with the Sec of State, applied for and received an AMEX business card. We also created the operating agreement. All in all this process has been a great growing experience.

We are waiting for the business license to come so that we can open a business bank account. I also got a call from DnB and have finished my profile. I will need to get the credit packaged added once business starts to complete the seperation of myself from the corporation.
